My name is Jared Fischer, and I am a spiritual coach, pastor, husband, father, and retired Navy veteran with a passion for helping people navigate life with clarity, purpose, and faith.

I hold a Master of Divinity degree from Luther Seminary and currently serve as pastor of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church. My background in ministry, leadership, counseling, and teaching has given me years of experience walking alongside people through seasons of growth, transition, struggle, and renewal.

Before entering ministry, I served in the United States Navy. That experience shaped my leadership style around integrity, compassion, discipline, and servant leadership. Over the years, I have worked with individuals from many different walks of life, helping them process difficult questions, discover deeper meaning, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their spiritual foundations.

My approach to spiritual coaching is grounded, relational, and practical. I believe spiritual growth is not about perfection or having all the answers. It is about learning to listen, reflect, heal, and move forward with intention. Whether someone is wrestling with faith, burnout, purpose, grief, leadership challenges, or personal transformation, I strive to create a space where people feel heard, respected, and encouraged.

My work draws from Christian theology, transformational leadership, discipleship, and real-life experience. I am especially passionate about helping people grow spiritually while navigating the realities of everyday life, family, work, and community.

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that no one walks alone. Growth happens in relationship, healing happens through grace, and even in life’s uncertainty, God continues to guide us toward hope and wholeness.
